AANS Joint Sponsorship Guidelines
FINAL PROGRAM
NOTE: All activity material must be reviewed and approved by AANS prior to printing/distributing.
The final program must include the following:
- Accreditation and Designation Statement
- AANS logo with joint sponsorship statement. Contact the AANS for the appropriate AANS logo to use. The AANS logo should be placed on the front of your promotional piece.
- Intended Audience
- Agenda
- Learning Objectives
- Faculty Listing (Including their credentials)
- Disclosure Listing and Information
- Joint Sponsorship Disclaimer
- Commercial Support Acknowledgement
- Listing of the names of the planners (includes staff & abstract reviewers). They must be listed by name…separate from the disclosure listing. ie. "The following persons planned or contributed to the planning of this CME activity:" Then list the names.
