Bylaws Amendment to be discussed at the Annual Business Meeting, April 16, 2012, in Miami, Florida

Thank you for reviewing the redline version of the AANS Bylaws. This copy includes the current text of the Bylaws, with proposed deleted text in red including strikeouts and additions in blue.

The link for the document below includes the Bylaws of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) [the 501(c)(6) entity] and the Bylaws of the American Association of Neurosurgeons [the 501(c)(3) entity].

In the mailing sent to all voting members, the attachment identifies all changes to the Bylaws of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the 501(c)(6) entity and the Bylaws of the American Association of Neurosurgeons, the 501(c)(3) entity.

This Bylaws amendment will be brought before the Joint Annual Business Meeting of AANS and the American Association of Neurosurgeons for discussion. The meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2012, at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami, Rooms C223/224.

Following the 80th AANS Annual Meeting, a ballot will be sent to all voting members of the AANS.

If you are attending the 2012 Annual Meeting, please take the time to attend this important meeting. The meeting schedule and agenda will be posted here once the information becomes available.
